During the last quarter, and despite all the difficulties, we continued and expanded our activities and number of beneficiaries. We faced the complicated socioeconomic situation with creative and participatory methods, adding volunteers and collaborators in different areas. We strengthened the actions in our five active programs:
1-Bright Gems Program: More than 40 children participate free of charge in various recreational, formative and moral leadership courses and classes six days a week. Currently in vacation camp.
2-Continuing Education Program: More than 80 adults received free training on various topics, with the support of outstanding professionals: The art of educating our children (4 workshops). Shared Family Planning (2 workshops) COVID19 Update (1 workshop) Prevention of Domestic Violence (4 workshops) Spiritual Education in the Family (3 workshops)
3-Family Support Solidarity Program: Continuous weekly feeding to 40 families in need Provision of clothing to 10 different families per week. Training for self-sustainability
4-Effective Parenting Program: Free support and assistance to more than 15 pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, pediatric support, food support, diapers, milk, training, etc. Breastfeeding (5 workshops) Psychological, neurological and emotional development of the baby (4 workshops).
5-Psychological Care Program: Crisis support, accompaniment throughout the pandemic to maintain mental health.
