Following our successful pilot, this past year has marked a transformative chapter for Armenia’s first Emotional Support Hotline. What began as a bold step in early 2025 has evolved into a vital lifeline for many. Between April 2025 and February 2026, our call volume increased by hundreds of percent, signaling a deep and growing trust within the community.

To meet this increasing demand, we almost doubled our team. This expansion has allowed us to move beyond the telephone, as we now offer on-site individual counseling services. By bridging the gap between a phone call and face-to-face professional support, we are now serving dozens of beneficiaries per month in person, providing a seamless continuum of care for those in need.

The core of our mission remains unchanged: providing a safe, non-judgmental space. Most of our callers reach out to find a safe space where they can express their deepest feelings and thoughts without fear of being judged or shamed. Through the expertise of our trained staff, we have successfully intervened in dozens of emergency and life-threatening situations, supporting individuals through their darkest moments.

Impact is never achieved in isolation. Over this period, we have partnered with several local organizations. These collaborations allow us to provide multidimensional support, ensuring that when a beneficiary needs help beyond emotional support, we can step in alongside our partners to offer comprehensive solutions. This integrated approach has received overwhelming positive feedback.

Our success has highlighted a clear challenge: the demand for our services continues to outpace our current reach. While we are proud of our growth, we believe there is more we can do with additional support. Looking ahead, our goal is clear. We are working toward increasing our operating hours with the ultimate aim of becoming a 24/7 service.

With your continued support, we are not just maintaining a hotline; we are building a national infrastructure of hope, ensuring that no one in Armenia has to struggle alone in silence.
