Femicide remains a critical issue in Nigeria, with women at risk of violence and abuse. This project trains 100 female police officers to respond effectively to cases of gender-based violence. By equipping officers with skills, knowledge, and resources, we aim to protect vulnerable women, ensure justice, and reduce gender-based violence in communities across Nigeria.
Many women in Nigeria face threats of femicide and gender-based violence. Law enforcement often lacks specialized training to respond effectively, leaving survivors vulnerable and perpetrators unaccountable.
