Empower S/East Youth with Biogas Skills

We are incredibly grateful for your kindness, generosity, and expression of solidarity to our project, "HELP SAMMY FOR GRADUATE COURSE IN USA THIS YEAR (55718)". In the past three months of our last project report, we haven't received any donation through GlobalGiving, in continuation of our humanitarian services.

Besides, we haven't made significant progress in realizing some of our project goals so far. The major challenges we face in our project management is occasioned by poor funding, inadequate equipment to execute the projects, absence of technical expertise, economic and political instabilities.

Many challenges are facing children of low income families. They are far behind as compared to other West African countries for several reasons, including overage enrollment in primary schools, many out-of-school due to lack of support and finances, limited access to resources, and poverty. Most children in rural communities in developing countries are further behind: they are 2.5 times more likely to be out of school.

We have made effort to make Sammy's dreams a reality by helping him with his tuition fees. We began this scholarship fund aims to help Sammy (depending on the amount raised) attend University in USA. As at the moment, we have not been able to receive a helping hand from donors. We are still optimistic that all hope is not lost.

College is expensive for many reasons, including a surge in demand, an increase in financial aid, a lack of state funding, tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, personal expenses, and transportation. You can control some of these costs to some extent.

As the crises rages on, insecurity, uncertainty, and humanitarian needs abound. We are committed to providing humanitarian services to the less privileged and vulnerable people in rural communities.

Moreso, the September Little by Little Matching Campaign is right around the corner once again. GlobalGiving’s September 2022 Little by Little campaign will last 5 days, from September 12, 2022, at 00:00:00 EDT to September 16, 2022, at 23:59:59 EDT. During the September 2022 Little by Little campaign, all eligible donations up to $50 USD per unique donor per organization will be matched at 50% for the duration of the campaign.
