By James Rosita Nkeiruka | Project Leader

"The deepest craving of human nature is the need to be appreciated." We cannot but thank you immensely for your kindness, generosity, and expression of solidarity to our project, "Help Sammy for graduate course in USA this year (55718)

In our last report dated June 12, we haven't made much progress as regards to receiving support in carrying out our humanitarian services for, "Help Sammy for graduate course this year (55718).

During the September #littlebylittle campaign 12-16 we received few support $22.50 from GlobalGiving. Few individuals supported us with $270.05 in continuation of our hospitality.

We are incredibly grateful for your kindness, generosity, and expression of solidarity to our project, "HELP SAMMY FOR GRADUATE COURSE IN USA THIS YEAR (55718)". In the past three months of our last project report, we have received few donation through GlobalGiving and few individuals in continuation of our humanitarian services.

Besides, we have made significant progress in realizing some of our project goals so far. The major challenges we face in our project management is occasioned by poor funding.

Income

GlobalGiving =$22.50
Individual donation= $280.05

Grand total = $302.55

Expenditure

Giving to Sammy in support for his course =$300

Balance= $2.55

Many challenges are facing children of low income families. They are far behind as compared to other West African countries for several reasons, including overage enrollment in primary schools, many out-of-school due to lack of support and finances, limited access to resources, and poverty. Most children in rural communities in developing countries are further behind: they are 2.5 times more likely to be out of school.

We have made effort to make Sammy's dreams a reality by helping him with his tuition fees. We began this scholarship fund aims to help Sammy (depending on the amount raised) attend University in USA. As at the moment, we have raised $300 which we have handed over to him promising to be supportive in his carrier. We are still optimistic that all hope is not lost.

College is expensive for many reasons, including a surge in demand, an increase in financial aid, a lack of state funding, tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, personal expenses, and transportation. You can control some of these costs to some extent.

We will keep you informed about how your donation is impacting the lives of people who are suffering because of this shortage.

As the crises rages on, insecurity, uncertainty, and humanitarian needs abound. We are committed to providing humanitarian and long-term support to rural communities.

Once again, thank you for your generous donation to help Sammy for graduate course in USA (55718) that supported these efforts.

Moreso, #givingtuesday campaign is right around the corner, November 29, we will be grateful to partner with you on that special day. We will also give you update as the campaign approaches through our project appeal letter as a reminder for the campaign exercises. Thanks for considering our organization and proud to partner with us.

With Kindest regards,

Samonyemaechi humanitarian.
