This quarterly report provides an update on the progress, strategic developments, and evolving prospects of the “Empower 100 Nigerian Youth through Entrepreneurship” project. The project remains an ambitious, transformative solution to the pressing challenge of youth unemployment in Nigeria.

In this reporting period, the project recorded significant strides, particularly through the onboarding of Isidore CompetitivAI Avatar as a strategic partner. This collaboration brings cutting-edge, AI-driven support to the project—enabling smart automation, digital intelligence, and data-informed decision-making in training, mentorship, and project management.

While external funding remains a challenge, SOHF continues to scale through partnerships and internal innovations. The groundwork laid has strengthened project resilience and amplified its future potential for wide-scale impact.

New Developments This Quarter

1. Strategic Partnership with Isidore CompetitivAI Avatar

SOHF is proud to announce a groundbreaking collaboration with Isidore CompetitivAI Avatar, an AI-powered system designed to optimize social impact operations. The integration of this avatar into the project introduces:

AI-driven personalized entrepreneurship learning paths for each beneficiary

24/7 digital mentorship and coaching, accessible via voice and text

Real-time project data analysis for improved monitoring, feedback, and scalability

Enhanced efficiency in beneficiary tracking, needs-assessment, and program delivery

This innovation reinforces our drive to future-proof Nigerian youth against digital exclusion while building globally competitive entrepreneurs.

Project Overview

The project continues to aim at equipping 100 vulnerable Nigerian youth with practical entrepreneurial skills, startup support, mentorship, and digital financial services—while preparing to scale to 500 youth within 18 months.

It remains a flagship of the broader Revolutionizing Youth Employment in Nigeria (RYEN) Program, promoting economic inclusion, financial literacy, and resilience among underserved youth.

Activities This Quarter

Capacity Building and System Development

Deployment of Isidore CompetitivAI Avatar into SOHF’s ecosystem

Training of facilitators and project staff on AI-human hybrid model of entrepreneurship education

Youth Engagement and Pre-selection

Completed pre-screening of 250 applicants

Finalizing selection of the first 100 beneficiaries for onboarding

Conducted remote onboarding trial through AI-integrated FinTech interface

Enhanced FinTech Platform Integration

Rolled out improved features: voice assistant, automated business wallet setup, and loan tracking

Enabled AI-driven financial behavior insights for better financial planning among youth
