Dear Friends, Family and Supporters of Serendipity Healthcare Foundation,
On behalf of the Serendipity Healthcare Foundation, I would like to express our deepest gratitude for your past support. Because of you, 15 women entrepreneurs are no longer just "small business owners"—they are digitally savvy CEOs. Six months after graduation, these women have successfully moved their businesses online, implemented formal governance, and expanded their market reach through e-commerce.
Six months ago, Serendipity Healthcare Foundation celebrated the graduation of 15 pioneering women entrepreneurs from our intensive Digital Skills Training program. In December 2025, we reconvened for a year-end review session to measure the long-term impact of this intervention.
The results are clear: digital literacy is not just a skill—it is a business multiplier. Your support has moved these women from survival-mode trading to structured, tech-enabled entrepreneurship.
Key Impact Metrics & Growth Areas
During our review session, the graduates shared transformative updates on how digital integration has reshaped their business models:
Voices of Success
"Before this training, my business was only a physical shop. Now, it lives on the cloud as well. I have registered as a vendor on Jumia, I track my inventory online, and for the first time, I feel like a CEO, not just a trader." > — Fatima Kyari, Program Participant, 2025 Cohort
However, the demand for this transformation is overwhelming. To meet this need, we are launching our 2026 Digital Expansion Project.
The Goal: Scaling Impact
Our objective for the first quarter of 2026 is to train 150 women entrepreneurs in high-level digital skills and, for the first time, Artificial Intelligence (AI) for small businesses. We are moving beyond basic literacy to ensure that women in our community are at the forefront of the technological revolution.
Looking Ahead: The 2026 Roadmap
As we move into the new year, Serendipity Healthcare Foundation is committed to deepening this impact and scaling our reach. Our goal is ambitious but necessary.
With the continued support of your kind donations, we aim to train an additional 150 women entrepreneurs, replicating the success of our pilot group on a much larger scale.
The transformation we witnessed this December was made possible by your generosity. You didn't just fund a training session; you funded the modernization of 15 households and the local economy. As we prepare to empower 150 more women in 2026, we invite you to continue this journey with us.
Together, we are bridging the digital divide, one entrepreneur at a time.
