Dear donors,
We are grateful for your support and the difference you are making in the lives of blind children in Nigeria. Your generosity is helping them gain independence and confidence.
Many blind children struggle to move safely and participate fully in school and daily life. Without proper tools, they rely heavily on others, which limits their learning, social interactions, and self-esteem. These challenges can leave children isolated and less able to develop important life skills.
This project will provide AI-powered smart glasses to 200 blind children. The glasses use audio guidance and obstacle detection to help children navigate their environment safely and independently. With this technology, children can move more freely, engage in classroom activities, and participate confidently in daily life.
By giving blind children access to smart glasses, your support helps improve their mobility, enhance educational opportunities, and foster greater social inclusion. Over time, these children will gain skills and confidence that allow them to live more independently and participate fully in society.
Right now, the funds received are not yet sufficient to fully provide the glasses, and we are working to raise the remaining support needed to reach all 200 children.
To prospective donors, thank you for considering support. Your contribution can empower a blind child to explore the world safely and confidently.
With thanks,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
