EMPOWER 200 RURAL WOMEN THROUGH POULTRY FARMING

A small opportunity can change the course of a family's future. Thousands of women in rural Uganda have the determination to succeed but lack access to vocational training, financial services, productive resources, and business opportunities. Single mothers and caregivers of orphaned children are among the hardest hit as climate change, poor harvests, and unemployment continue to deepen poverty. This project will provide entrepreneurship training, financial literacy, savings group support, business mentorship, and livelihood start-up resources to help women launch sustainable enterprises.
