In rural Tororo, Uganda, thousands of hardworking women dream of providing a better future for their families but are trapped in a cycle of poverty.
Single mothers, and caregivers of often have no reliable source of income, little access to training, credit, or productive assets, and face repeated crop failures caused by climate change. As a result, families struggle to put food on the table, keep children in school, and afford lifesaving healthcare.
Poultry farming offers a practical, sustainable pathway out of poverty because it requires limited land, generates income quickly, and improves household nutrition through eggs and meat.
With your support, vulnerable women will receive improved chicks, quality feed, vaccinations, business and financial literacy training, and ongoing veterinary mentoring. Each thriving poultry enterprise becomes more than a source of income, it becomes a source of dignity, hope, and resilience.
Women will earn sustainable livelihoods, feed their families, educate their children, and build brighter futures, creating lasting economic transformation that benefits entire communities for generations.
With your support, we will help rural women become self-reliant and lift hundreds of families out of poverty.
Every donation is an investment in opportunity, resilience, and lasting change.
