A single empowered woman can transform the future of her children, inspire her neighbors, and strengthen her entire community. Yet many women in rural Uganda remain trapped in poverty because they lack access to vocational training, financial services, productive resources, and business opportunities. Single mothers and caregivers of orphaned children are especially vulnerable as climate-related crop failures and unemployment continue to reduce household incomes. This project will provide entrepreneurship training, savings groups, financial literacy, business mentorship, and livelihood start-up resources that enable women to build sustainable enterprises. As incomes grow, children stay in school, families access healthcare, and communities become more resilient. Your investment will create a ripple effect of opportunity, dignity, and hope that continues long after the project ends.
