Dear Friends & wellwishers,
Greetings from Nepal!
Nepal is reeling through a difficult time. As of date nearly 6000 people have lost lives, 14000+ people are missing whilst cattles have not been accounted for. Similarly 8500 houses have been swept away. Rasuwa, Nuwakot and Dhading are the most affected with approximately 84000 people directly affected. But all is not closed.
We, here at Bahini Educare foundation continue with our work and make sure none of our benefciaries are directly or even indirectly affected by this catastrophe. By God's grace no one from our team, beneficiaries and direct realtive of our foundation is affected by the flash floods. But it has left a big void, it has got us emotionally stressed and devastated by this disaster. We have in our ways supported people therein and continue to pray for good news ahead.
Please find in attachment the sotry of a widow with dependant daughters, reeling through hard times. Post our support, the family is stretching toward independance through our social sustainability Futures initiatives.
Thank you for your kind and continuous support.
kind regards,
Surendra, Raymond & TEAM
Bahini Educare Foundation
