We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your generous sponsorship through GlobalGiving, which enables underprivileged street and orphaned children to gain essential computer and life skills. Your continued support is helping us shape a brighter and more self-reliant future for these young minds.
At the SERUDS Children Home for Orphans, established a decade ago, we currently provide care, education, and life skills to children aged between 6 and 17 years. These children attend nearby convent and government schools, as well as local colleges, ensuring their academic growth alongside personal development.
To equip them for the modern world, we have introduced computer training programs that cover Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with Spoken English, Internet usage, email communication, basic calculations, and DTP (Desktop Publishing). We also train them in interact with sponsors.
Your kind sponsorship has been instrumental in making this training possible—empowering children with digital literacy, confidence, and the tools they need to build independent and successful lives.
