By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader
You are a driving force in improving the lives of hundreds of teachers who have dedicated their time and effort to their students.
Take Mr. Abdul-Munim, for example. Four years ago, his life was completely different. He was teaching at a school in his hometown, but the war forced him to leave everything behind. His school became one of the 400 educational institutions destroyed by the conflict.
When Abdul-Munim arrived in northern Syria, he was exhausted and lost, unsure how to continue his life after losing its most crucial element: safety. He decided to turn his hardships into a catalyst for positive change. He joined the Masarat Initiative to build a generation that is educated and aware, blending knowledge with hope.
Abdul-Munim joins his classrooms with a smile, surrounded by students who look up to him as a mentor and inspiration. He combines science and life in his lessons, giving his students the opportunity to build a better world than the one they were forced into.
You and Abdul-Munim are partners in building a generation capable of rising above their circumstances. From the heart of northern Syria and from various corners of the earth, we share a common goal. Partners in building hope. Abdul-Munim’s story would not have been possible without the generous contributions of supporters like you, who believe in the power of change and the importance of enhancing lives through education.
