Ayham is a middle school student who sat for his preparatory certificate exam this year, but his journey wasn’t ordinary.
Alongside him was his mother, who made the brave decision to return to her own studies, sitting next to him at the same desk and facing the same challenge.
They shared books, revised lessons together, and encouraged each other at every step: The mother whispered, “ You can do it ” while her son reassured her, “ We’ll succeed together.”
At Masarat, we didn’t see an age gap or different needs, we saw one story, one spirit walking the path of education. We embraced both Ayyham and his mother, just as we do with every learner, because we believe the right to education has no age limit and no circumstance should stand in its way.
Their success was not just a grade on a paper, but proof that family support and community solidarity can create miracles.
Thank you to everyone supporting through GlobalGiving, You are the partners who turned this extraordinary story into reality.
Stories like Ayham and his mother remind us that education is a collective journey.. and together, we make success possible.
