A young girl who lost much of what any student needs to continue her education, yet she never lost her most precious possessions,determination and dreams.
Despite the harshness of her circumstances, Bushra managed to turn pain into motivation, and weakness into strength… until she achieved an outstanding result in her high school exams. Her success was not just numbers on a piece of paper, but living proof that willpower is stronger than any obstacle.
At Masarat, we saw in Bushra the image of every orphaned, displaced, or special-needs student who refuses to give up, and insists on defining themselves by what they achieve, and every success of this kind is the fruit of your support through GlobalGiving, which made this dream possible.
