Why Emotional Intelligence?

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

At Masarat, we believe that education is not limited to books and curricula; it is a holistic journey of building the human being from within before without.

That is why we have launched the Emotional Intelligence Program within the Student Activities Track, designed especially for our students, particularly girls.

This training aims to:
- Help students understand their own emotions and those of others.
- Develop their self-control and emotional regulation skills.
- Strengthen their capacity for genuine empathy and mindful communication.
- Support them in making more mature decisions in their daily lives.

We have witnessed how our students, once they learn to understand and express themselves, grow more confident, resilient, and better prepared to face the challenges imposed by reality.

Thanks to your support through GlobalGiving, we are able to provide these children with a safe space to grow stronger from within, remain steadfast in the face of difficulties, and continue walking their educational and life journeys with hope and courage.
