As part of our ongoing efforts to build a more skilled and empowered workforce, Mr. Ahmed S. delivered an exceptional training workshop titled “Designing the Training Package” for the Masarat Initiative team.
Workshop Objectives
The session aimed to equip the team with essential knowledge and tools to:
Design comprehensive training packages that ensure programs achieve their educational and developmental goals effectively.
Develop structured and learner-centered training content based on participants’ needs.
Apply modern instructional methods in preparing training sessions and materials.
Workshop Atmosphere
The workshop was highly interactive and rich with real-world applications. Team members actively participated, sharing insights and asking questions that reflected their eagerness to enhance their impact. They left the session with practical tools to apply in Masarat’s programs, particularly in academic guidance and vocational training.
