As part of Masarat Initiative’s commitment to building a holistic understanding among its students about the connection between psychological and physical health, a special workshop was recently held.
Led by Ms. Amal M., the session, titled “Mental Health and the Nervous System”, aimed to help students:
- Understand the deep connection between mental health and the nervous system.
- Practice scientifically proven techniques that help calm the nervous system and reduce stress.
The students actively participated, asking insightful questions that reflected their growing awareness of how emotional balance can enhance focus and academic performance.
The workshop also included practical applications and simple daily techniques to promote mental calmness and better coping with life and study pressures.
