Upon entering the job market, most of us face a deficit in soft skills, specifically the fear of public speaking and effective communication. This deficiency prevents us from clearly presenting our ideas and abilities, thus diminishing our opportunities for leadership and competitiveness in the work environment.
To address this, we initiated a specialized training course with a number of Masarat students, titled "Communication Skills and Public Speaking." The course is physically delivered by the distinguished expert, Mr. Nawras, in Damascus. The training aims to:
Teach trainees to directly utilize these skills in their professional lives.
Enable them to deliver persuasive presentations.
Help them build a strong professional network.
Thanks to this training, their fear of speaking transforms into strength and courage, and they gain an influential voice that opens new professional doors for them.
Thank you, for funding the skills that are not taught in textbooks, and for ensuring our youth a place at the forefront of the professional scene.
