Today, our entrepreneurship program trainees take a pivotal step in their journey toward empowerment and financial stability. In this phase, they are accompanied by Mr. Ashraf bin Mohammed Ghareeb as they transition their projects from the realm of vision to the language of numbers, and from idea to actual operation.
This stage is a strategic milestone where decisions are built on financial awareness, and progress is measured by impact and results. It includes the following pillars:
Entrepreneurial Financial Planning: To ensure the sustainability of the 26 projects led by our youth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): To enable pioneers to measure their success with accuracy and clarity.
Project Life Cycle and Adapting to Growth: To understand how to manage expansion and face economic challenges.
Launch and Initial Operation Plan: To set the final roadmap for starting work in the field.
At Masarat, we believe that equipping youth with financial intelligence is what will effectively contribute to "turning the wheels of the economy" in our country.
Thank you to our donors who join us in building this conscious and productive generation; thanks to your support, ideas are turning into a reality that changes lives.
