Finding Hope Amidst Loss with Masarat

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

"I am Sali, a ninth-grade student. My path has not been easy, but I still hold onto hope." With these words, Sali begins her story, carrying in her heart the memory of a home once bustling with love and laughter, before death snatched away her mother and then her father, leaving her and her siblings to face life’s storm without a support system.

Sali’s parents are gone, and with them, the warmth of home vanished, but her determination remained, Sali says: "I grew up carrying the pain of loss, but I have come to realize that persistence is the key to success."

This year, Sali is studying with "Masarat." Despite the high quality of education and the dedicated teachers who surround her with care, she still faces psychological challenges; mental distraction and memories of loss sometimes haunt her during her studies. Nevertheless, she insists: "I will not give up, I will continue to strive because every obstacle is a lesson for growth."

At Masarat, we don’t just provide her with academic lessons; we strive to be the family she lost and the safe environment that embraces her scattered dreams to rebuild them once again, your donation today ensures that Sali and thousands of orphans can continue their education, providing them with the psychological and financial support they need to overcome their challenges.
