We’re excited to share a meaningful milestone in the journey of Secret Scholars Online. The first full round of the program has officially concluded, with students successfully completing their coursework in March. This marks an important achievement for both our students and the dedicated educators who have supported them over the past year.
Secret Scholars Online is a 12-month program designed to provide comprehensive academic support. Students engage in English and Math instruction at all levels through the Learning Upgrade app, complemented by teacher-led discussions, assignments, and live online classes taught by Afghan women educators. This model not only strengthens academic skills but also creates a supportive and empowering learning environment.
While many students have completed the program, our selected TOEFL preparation students are still actively working toward their exams. We look forward to celebrating their progress and success in the coming months.
Looking ahead, we are encouraged by the overwhelming interest in the next round of the program. We have already received over 600 applications from prospective students eager to participate. Earlier this week, we hosted a Zoom information session to answer questions and connect with applicants, and the engagement was incredibly inspiring.
Enrollment for the upcoming 12-month cohort is still ongoing, and we are excited to see how many students will join us on this transformative journey. Thank you for your continued support in making these opportunities possible.
