Anita Project: Domestic workers, academics and decision makers participate in evidence-based dialogues.
Sofía Mauricio, member of the board of directors, represents AGTR and is a collaborator in the ANITA Project that addresses the challenges of social protection policies and access to health care for domestic workers in Peru.
This project organized two “deliberative dialogues” in July and August of this year. These dialogues allowed the sharing and analysis of the evidence collected in the first phases of the project, with the collaboration of domestic workers, people from academia, and decision makers.
Representatives of different state and non-governmental organizations such as Asociación Grupo de Trabajo Redes (AGTR) participated in the dialogue. The contribution of this multidisciplinary group and life experts was key to discussing the prioritized problems and offering technical recommendations that will enrich the policy summary that the ANITA project will present in the coming months.
As AGTR we are very happy to have been able to be invited and collaborate with this investigation.
Soon, coming the results.
