The Empower Douala’s Women and Youth project is a proposed initiative by Action Lab For Development in partnership with Tobby Vision Computers, aimed at equipping women and disadvantaged youth in Douala with design thinking skills for entrepreneurship and employment. The project focuses on fostering creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and inclusive economic participation through community engagement and private sector partnerships.
During the reporting period, activities were limited to project planning and concept development. No funds were raised, and no implementation activities were carried out. The project remains in the resource mobilisation phase and is positioned for future implementation once funding and partnerships are secured.
