To form life skills clubs for women and girls where they would be interacting and sharing thier experiences, learning new skills that would empower them to speak with one voice and demand for thier rights. They would be linked with supportive institutions to access benefit meant for them. Girls would learn skills on self-esteem, assertiveness, refusal skills, reproductive health and communication skills. The beneficiaries would be strengthened to engage government to demand for their rights.
Marginalization of women and girls is the major challenge the project seeks to address. Women and girls are subjugated to hawking, trafficking and child labor.
By strengthening the skills of women and girls to demand for their right through Life Skills Clubs activities where they would built their self esteem and speak with one voice. They would also be equipped to demand for justice and their rights
Empowered women and girls with skills to compete favorably with their men counterpart in the socio-economic and political mainstream.
