In Pakistan’s marginalized communities especia, especially rural villages, slums, and underserved urban pockets, small NGOs often serve as the only lifeline for children and families living in extreme poverty. Their work is impactful but severely challenged by:

• Weak organizational infrastructure
• Lack of formal registration despite genuine community service

Due to their size and locality, many of these groups operate without recognition yet remain closest to the people who need help the most. Without timely support, they face the risk of:
