Challenge

A point worth noting is that the youths in particular those girls who complete primary level of education and are left unproductive since they do not have a specific skill for self-reliance and many of the drop out of school due to lack of a school that can address this specific need.

Solution

The highly pressing dramatic challenge is how to help the youths to be independent for better economic production and even how to restore their zeal so that they can creatively transform themselves from idleness. The issue at stake is to train the female youths in formal, vocational and entrepreneurial skills into a productive group.

Long-Term Impact

The way we plan to achieve this goal is by investing in formal education, vocational training and entrepreneurial skills. This will involve a number of components which we will go into details about later in this proposal.
