One of the master artisans shared: "We have had our savings box for 5 years, but we don’t really understand how to manage it." The lack of knowledge and appropriate tools has been an obstacle, and Rosa hopes to receive more support and education to manage their funds more effectively and confidently.
Meanwhile, another master artisan told us "It's been 5 years, and we still don’t understand how it should work well." One of the main problems they have faced is the absence of clear responsibilities for managing the savings box, which has created confusion and a lack of organization within the group.
Later on, another master artisan from a different community stated "Yes, we have our savings box, but we don't really know how it works." She and her colleagues feel the need for more guidance and support to ensure that the savings box serves its purpose and benefits all group members.
These stories reflect a common desire: to improve their understanding and management of the savings box. Through continuous training and support, these artisan women can strengthen their financial education and ensure that their savings system becomes an effective tool to improve their quality of life and that of their communities.
