In underserved communities, thousands of young people have talent but no opportunity. Without digital skills, they are locked out of today's job market. This project will train at 25,000 unemployed youth in practical digital skills, connect them to real income opportunities, and help them transition from joblessness to dignity, stability, and hope.
Youth unemployment is rising while the world moves digital. Millions of young people in rural and vulnerable communities across Nigeria lack access to training, devices, mentors, and job pathways. Without these, they fall into poverty, unsafe migration, or lifelong dependence. Despite their potential, they are excluded from the global digital economy simply because opportunity never reached them.
We will train 25,000 youths in in-demand digital skills such as basic tech literacy, online freelancing, digital marketing, virtual assistance, and remote work readiness. Participants receive hands-on training, mentorship, internet access, and job placement support. Graduates will earn income, support their families, and contribute positively to their communities.
This project creates lasting change by turning skills into livelihoods. Trained youth gain confidence, income, and independence. Families experience improved stability, and communities benefit from reduced unemployment and safer economic pathways. Over time, we build a generation equipped to thrive in the digital economy and not dependent on aid.
