This Project will undertake an educational support mentorship to vulnerable girls that will help send 100 girls to school from 25 rural communities. The project aimed at promoting girls education and mentorship and school programs to underserved children who lack the opportunity to access quality education as a result of economic difficulties. There are less number of women who are able to read and write in the targeted community. Education for women in rural settings is considered as nothing by family members. 90% of the resident in 25 community that the project is targecting cannot read and write.Early Marriage by parents is big barrier to girl education. the high iliteracy among parents and the core traditional believes overshadow girls education.ecconomic challenge lead few leaving shcool . women are less considred in the society
These problem will be solve through the following steps: Providing of all necessary school materials and enrolling of young girls in Schools, provision of grass root campain on educational awarenss among parents, contineous engagement with parents through mentorship and and worskshop to teach them them the value of educaion and educating a girl.By supporting and helping the girls will help them become important in the society in the future, become decision makers and economic development.
This project will lead to poverty reduction, by ensuring that women are provide with equal right to access education. The project will help decrease infant mortality among young girls of school age,. It will help to reduce child marriage, if girls are supported and received good education, they will have better understanding of the negative impact of getting early marriage and getting girls educated will increase the number of women representation and decision making process in the societ
