Warm greetings to our Partners in Change donor community. We are happy to share that your recent gifts have enabled PIC to support our greatest surge in Member applications to-date!
Partners in Change has welcomed 20+ new coaching teams each month in December and January. As these teams have begun their 1-year journey together, many lives are already changing as Member and Coach build deep partnerships and celebrate new growth.
PIC Coach Tori Silas and her Member Yasmine began their coaching calls together in November. Through their strong partnership and regular weekly conversations, Yasmine is strengthening her organizational skills and building time management strategies. Yasmine now clearly sees her path to success and is taking strides every day towards goals in self-care, nutrition, exercise, and education.
PIC Coach Yolanda Ansari and her Member Imari have had a great start to their coaching partnership. They were paired in January and already are feeling great appreciation for each other and for what they will be creating together. They are exploring what Imari wants to accomplish and Imari is prioritizing her next steps. Imari is committed to building confidence in her capabilities and shifting her mindset to know that she can achieve her goals.
Atlanta Technical College is broadening its partnership with PIC. Partners in Change coaches have supported Atlanta Technical College students since PIC’s beginning. We are excited to share that this valuable partnership is growing! Director of community partnerships Victoria Bambo has greatly expanded PIC’s presence on campus, sharing PIC coaching with numerous classes and at ATC resource events.
7 new ATC students have received their PIC Coach since November and there’s a number of new PIC-ATC initiatives in the works. More details to come!
