As supporters of Partners in Change, you share our heartfelt belief in the power of personal partnership. Thank you. In order to back that belief with data, PIC captures socio-economic indicator surveys from all Members before entering and upon graduating from their one-year life coaching partnership. The results have been remarkable.

Members who graduated in 2024 showed tremendous positive change in their lives after one year of PIC coaching, far exceeding the norms of most human service programs, including:

• 50% growth in the number of PIC participants making $30,000/year
•    (43% before to 65% after PIC coaching)

• 63% increase in the number of our PIC participants who feel confident remaining financially secure
•    (54% before to 88% after PIC coaching)

• 3 times as many PIC participants feel satisfied with their job/career
•    (23% before to 67% after PIC coaching)

These statistics validate the power of PIC Member-Coach teams and illustrate the impact of their commitment to themselves and to each other.

PIC Members consistently attribute their success to two key factors. 1) Their PIC Coach serves as a trusted accountability partner who they know will check in each week on the Member’s goals from the week before. 2) Their PIC Coach creates a safe, non-judgmental, and affirming space for self-evaluation and creative action planning. Through that consistent dynamic over a year of weekly conversations, Members develop a strong foundation of personal strengths and tangible structures that support fulfillment of their dreams and significant achievements in their lives.
