could provide period pads for 5 girls for 1 month

could provide a training course for women on period hygiene and their rights

could fund a course for 20 women how to make reusable pads with materials included

could free 2 girls from being exiled from their community

could fund a health promoter to visit schools and women's groups for one month, spreading crucial health and hygiene awareness

would help fund the creation of a new menstrual health curriculum in local schools, ensuring more girls grow up informed and empowered

would pay for the building and maintenance of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) facilities in 1 school, so that they can become safe for girls and women.

would allow us to mobilise and shift the attitudes of an entire village, providing full project delivery such as teacher training, girls' groups, community meetings for parents, men and boys.
