Last week, Hope Through Health CEO Jennifer Schechter was onstage at the Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting as Chelsea Clinton announced Hope Through Health's 2016 Commitment to Action, Building Better Maternal and Child Health in Togo.
In partnership with the Togolese Ministry of Health, Construction for Change, the 30/30 Project, and the Gould Family Foundation, Hope Through Health will renovate the Adabawere clinic and construct a new maternity ward to provide high qualiy healthcare to a population of more than 20,000 people. As Chelsea explained, "The goal of the commitment is to create a patient centered care environment for children and their families, and to provide a clean, safe and dignified space for women to deliver safely and recover fully after childbirth." Read Chelsea's full remarks on our blog.
Hope Through Health is excited about our new commitment to mothers in Togo, and needs your help to make it a reality. Contribute today for a safer and happier future in Togo!
