Unfortunately the political situation is affecting the photovoltaic installation, slowing the construction and the furniture of equipment and materials in Sambwa village.
However, we keep on and Aleimar’s action is fostering great results: over the past three months we have collected few donations that allowed us to buy new equipment to the Center in Sambwa, where the girls live. Our local partner, Suore Agostiniane, has become a reference point to the village as they provide not only a high quality schooling access, but also different opportunities for improving their manual of job.
Thanks to the donations of the last months, we were able to purchase 10 hospital beds and a totally new power harrow to use for vegetables cultivation in the surrounding of the village.
Aleimar’s Project Manager, Francesco Moroni, is visiting Congo in mid-June in order to collect new information and data about the status of our projects in Congo.
