Global Mamas is more than an organization; it is a community built on genuine relationships and the conviction that sustainable income for women changes lives. We are deeply grateful for your place in this community.
Thanks to an overwhelming response to our Giving Tuesday campaign, we raised a total of $53,576 ($46,245 in donations + $7,331 in incentives/bonuses). Because of your incredible generosity, we were able to limit expected pay cuts to just 5% across the organization.
We are committed to protecting every job during these economic challenges. Your donations have provided crucial financial relief, allowing us to keep our doors open and our production community active.
And here's some more exciting news! Because we kept production going, we secured a major new order in March 2026. This order provides work for ALL Global Mamas batikers and has allowed us to completely eliminate pay cuts for our production management staff in Ghana. Furthermore, this order enables us to cover the upcoming rent for our Accra store, a vital component of our operations.
