We train entrepreneur Youths in Management and Personal Creativity skills. helping them to improve their ideas into enterprises. We have supported over 1000 Youths in Zambia to realize their potential, increase their income through managerial capacities, and gain confidence to end cycles of Unemployment and poverty among the Youths. PYI project intends to fund the training of 1000 Youths, aiding them to start a healthier life through business development and self-fulfillment.
The main reasons that limits success of these of youths in Zambia are: lack of Entrepreneurship skills and access to credit,youths in Zambia have the highest unemployed rate at 15.94 percent,This is why our methodology encompasses both Enterprise development skills and personal initiative skills, to be able to address both issues at the same time.
The Entrepreneurship training prepares youths on,marketing, legal accounting taxes,and Enterprise development. Resultant in increases in sales, income, and saving habits. Later translating into reinvestment for their businesses. The Delicate Initiative module reinforces grounds for them to gain a more proactive attitude and personal self-fulfillment, reflecting in better confidence and resilience to bear life challenges and their businesses.our package is consistent and attested effective.
We believe that the Youths have the potential to create impact in their communities. Our mission is to train 1000 unemployed youths in Entrepreneurship skills and self Initiative skills so as to reduce the youth unemployment rate, our methodology shows significant results increasing Youths income, 1000 youths will initiates a path for a better life, and Generate more resources for the greatness of other Youths. In collaboration with the Future point 4 business, this training is a Success.
