Dear Donor

We trust that you are well as you receive this report and we thank you for being a part of our amazing work.

The Epilepsy Training for Medical Practitioners and nursing students is an annual international virtual course being offered by Pretola Global Health and Consulting. In Malawi the course is coordinated by Epilepsy Warriors Foundation (EWF) in partnership with the Ministry of Health.

Last year we were fortunate to coordinate 1 EAMC Centre at Ekwendeni College of Health Sciences in the Northen part of Malawi while other participants registered for the course attended online which included participants from Malawi college of Health Sciences Zomba campus, Salima, Dowa, Chikwawa, Karonga, Mzimba, Neno, Lilongwe, Thyolo and Mchinji districts. Participants included Medical practitioners, School Lecturers and Student Nurses.

We are currently registering participants for the next training session that will begin from April and will end in June 2026, student nurses, medical practitioners have begun registering for the training, we plan to host three EAMC Centres this year and we plan to provide lunch, refreshments and transport for participants. Furthermore, we're taking part in a fundraising event called Little by Little, run by GlobalGiving, which begins on 17-20 March from 10:00 am ET and donations up to $50 are matched at 50% while funds last, meaning your $50 becomes $75. We are going to take advantage of the Little-by-Little campaign to fundraise for the project, your gift counts and we appreciate it if you Share our page @ https://epilepsywarriorsmw.org/donate/  with one or two people who might care and support, Little by little, it's people like you who make big change possible. Our website is linked to our projects on GlobalGiving, we advise you to click on the project you are supporting and the link will take you to our project on the GlobalGiving site.

We look forward to updating you about the progress of the project three months from now.
