Most village hospitals still use paper files, which leads to missing records, wrong entries, and delays in patient care. This project will equip 50 rural hospitals with tablets, computers, and staff training to switch to digital records using our already developed hospital management system. Support is needed to deploy the tools, train health workers, and reduce errors in patient care.
Village hospitals rely on paper files, which are often damaged, lost, or mixed up. This causes mistakes in treatment and wastes time. Many hospitals lack staff who can manage records well. Without digital records, health workers cannot follow up or track cases. The risk is worse during emergencies or when patients travel between clinics.
The project will install our ready-to-use hospital management system in 50 rural hospitals. It includes tablets and computers for staff, as well as training on how to use the system. With digital records, hospitals can keep better track of patient history, prescriptions, and follow-ups. Quick access to accurate data helps staff work faster and safer.
Hospitals with digital records make fewer mistakes, save time, and give better care. Patients won't need to carry their records from one clinic to another. Health staff can look up cases and plan better treatments. Over time, this will help reduce deaths from late or wrong treatment and help hospitals manage their patients more easily with fewer resources.
