Dear Donors,
Thank you for your generosity and support. Your commitment empowers teenage mothers in Nigeria to break free from poverty and create better futures for themselves and their children.
Many teenage mothers face stigma, lack of education, and limited income opportunities, leaving them unable to care for their children and trapped in cycles of hardship. The “Equip 500 Teenage Mothers with Business Skills” project will train participants in marketable skills such as tailoring, hairdressing, catering, and small trade management. Each mother will receive hands-on instruction, business training, and starter kits to immediately begin generating income.
While the initial support is encouraging, additional support is needed to kickstart the project and provide full training and resources for the participants. With your help, these teenage mothers will gain skills and tools to earn stable incomes, improve their families’ well-being, and inspire other young mothers in their communities to pursue opportunities rather than despair.
By equipping teenage mothers with skills and resources, this project strengthens families, reduces poverty, and fosters long-term resilience for both the mothers and their children.
Warm regards,
Joy Ojochogwu Etubi
