This project will train 500 teenage mothers in business skills such as tailoring, hairdressing, and small trade management. With practical training and starter kits, they will be able to earn steady incomes and secure better futures for themselves and their children.
Teenage mothers often drop out of school and are left without skills to support themselves or their children. Many face poverty, stigma, and dependence on unstable jobs or unsafe relationships. Without income-generating skills, they cannot break free from hardship. Communities also lose potential contributors to the local economy when young mothers are excluded from opportunities.
