-The project will support four female youths groups on tie and dye, poultry keeping in Sabach Sanjal 15 sewing machines for females youths on skill training, Trained 25 youths on IT computer skills.

Challenge

Sabach Sanjal entirety depends on Agriculture for their livelihood are now suffering low production yields,threatening food security and income due to the hit of climate change. The youths are the main labor force but have no off farm job opportunities or other employment opportunities because of of lack of Skill knowledge. This project is trying use Solution by empowering youths through skill training and income generating activities.

Solution

The project will support women groups increase food security and income through poultry keeping ( broiler/ layers) and tie & dye. 25 youths training for one year to graduate students with basic IT skills. 15 young females trained on sewing

Long-Term Impact

.Increased income and food security levels .Reduced rural urban and irregular migration levels . Skill training centre will be established in future.
