With the COVID19 pandemic it is impossible to get to the people we target for our training.
Not Guilty has started doing weekly zoom trainings to girls and women. Last week attendants were 274.
Girls and women ask many questions.
Out of those trainings some women need counceling which Not Guilty also provides through zoom.
Unfortunately all those trainings are free, so there has been zero income from Egypt to Not Guilty in the past four months. COunceling sessions are for a minimal charge which does not even cover our rent let alone salaries.
We are thankful for the income that has come through GlobalGiving although it is simply not enough to keep the viability of our operations.
We are severly struggling since our trainings depend on going to schools, factories or nurseries which are all curently shut down.
And even when they open which is totally uncertain, people will not be willing to pay for trainings which they would deem unnecessary.
We are trying to keep Not Guilty top of mind by providing the zoom trainings and the Facebook mini videos, but honestly do not know if we will be able to keep afloat until the end of 2020.
