MARIA, STUDENT FROM AREQUIPA, IS NOW PART OF THE STUDENT ADVISORY BOARD OF TEACH FOR ALL ADVISORY LEADERS!
María is a student on the fifth year of high school at the COAR in Arequipa, Perú. She has been selected as one of the 6 students that make up the Student Council of Teaching Leaders of Teach For All. María was selected after a long process in which students from 46 countries belonging to the Teach For All network participated. His board members belong to Germany, New Zealand, Malaysia, India, Mexico and India. María, along with her teacher Alicia, Enseña Peru Alumni, traveled to London to meet teachers from around the world and reimagine education. Alicia, has been the mentor of María in her process of leadership and empowerment since joining the COAR. We are very proud of both! Maria's achievement is a satisfaction, not only for her school and her teacher, but for all the country. Let's continue working together, students and teachers, to get the best out of all Peruvians.
