THANK YOU for your generous donations! The children of Julcan sponsored by you have started to improve their academic performance getting academic growth by 60% on average! Check the chart which is attached.
Our children have improved their results significantly in just one period:
We share with you the story of Roni, an 11-year-old kid, who two months ago he would never imagine that read was possible. See his picture attached:
Roni is in 3rd grade, her father died when he was 6 years old, currently lives with her mother and 8 siblings.
Our teacher asked to his students to rewrite some sentences from the blackboard, Roni had written something very difficult to understand. When she asked what was what it said on the sheet? He was quiet and teary-eyed, in that moment they were interrupted by a student from the classroom to tell her that Roni could not read or write. When the teacher talked with his family, they said it was true that "despite many efforts, he had failed to read and write, that this would be the last year they were going to send him to school because they were tired that he always repeat this year and it was better to stay working on the field helping "
Today Roni thanks to their effort and commitment, he can already read sentences and it has greatly increased their self-confidence and perseverance to study, it is remarkable to see him more motivated to come to school, peers also feel very happy because his friend Roni now can read a little bit.
