This Eye camp will be conducted in 5 District of Tamilnadu, screening eye check up for 5000 childrens and elders in villages who suffer from visual diseases such as cataract, glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy.
To provide eye health support to underserved school students and Elders in the villages . They are also sufferings refractive error due to not available eye health service provider in villages, they are not capable to take services with cost. As a result if the village students take these facilities from us then reduce rate of childhood blindness & refractive error in project areas.
To organize Eye camp with Professionals and Like minded organization in the villages, Children's are also sufferings refractive error due to not available eye health service provider in village areas, at the same time they are not capable to take services with cost. As a result 5000 students will be directly benefited,20000 will be taken primary vision test & trained 500 teachers.
To screen school children for Refractive Error (RE) and correct cases where RE is found by providing powered spectacles to school children on consideration of gender equality. VET will be organized Eye camp & Vision chart will be installed in these camps Through this project, we seek to impact favorably on the dignity and quality of life of older adults who benefited from the project and their families.
