The Farm Support Program for 500 Farmers in Kano is currently in the early fundraising stage, with a total funding goal of $16,853. At this time, no donations have been recorded, and there are no monthly contributors yet. The full amount remains outstanding as efforts continue to mobilize support for the project.
Despite the financial gap, engagement activities are ongoing to attract donors and raise awareness about the program’s objectives, which include providing improved seeds, farming tools, and training for smallholder farmers. The project is positioned for implementation once adequate funding is secured, with priority focus on reaching the full target to enable comprehensive support for all 500 beneficiaries.
Continued fundraising and outreach will be critical in moving the project from planning to execution, ensuring that resources are available to begin distribution of inputs and training without delay once funding targets are met.
