They are difficult to be advised and their learning capacity is slow. Hence Chinseu cbo choose to provides literacy and other fast track education to thousands of women and girls who were learning and are now eager to become literate and learn skills at an accelerated pace to catch up.
Many Malawians live on a very poor status and this poverty contributes high rates of women and girls be illiterate due to their slow learning capacity that made them to be difficulty to be advised, as they did not persue their education and enter early marriages. Chinseu C. B. O. Underground schools that offer classes for women and girls through learning centers and these learning centers offer culturally sensitive education at safe locations in their villages.
Learning centers give women and girls a chance to catch up on years of missed schooling by studying for grade certificates on a fast track basis. The learning centers also give women and girls an opportunity to learn skills such as tailoring and embroidery on a fast track basis so that they use these skills to supportthemselves and their families.
Thousands of women and girls will become literate. Many will choose to further their education on a fast track basis and some will mainstream into government schools at age, appropriate grade levels. Understanding the value of education, women will encourage and support their daughters to study, As their minds open, women begin to understands how they can be leaders contribute and bring positive change in their communities.
