Challenge

Refugees living in Ghana often face serious food shortages and financial difficulties due to limited livelihood opportunities and dependence on humanitarian assistance. Many families struggle to afford daily meals, leading to malnutrition, poor health, and increased vulnerability among children and pregnant women.

Solution

This project will provide food packages, nutritious meals, and essential nutrition support for 2,000 refugees in vulnerable communities and refugee settlements. Food assistance will focus on supporting families most at risk, including children, pregnant women, the elderly, and individuals with health challenges.

Long-Term Impact

The project will reduce hunger, improve nutrition, and support the health and wellbeing of refugee families in Ghana. Beneficiaries will experience improved food security and reduced hardship during periods of displacement and economic instability. Over time, this project will strengthen humanitarian support systems and improve quality of life for vulnerable refugee communities.
